1963年生于河北邯鄲，1989年畢業(yè)于中央美術(shù)學(xué)院版畫系。現(xiàn)居北京，職業(yè)藝術(shù)家。
方力鈞至今已在東西方的重要美術(shù)館舉辦過51次個展，參加過威尼斯雙年展、圣保利雙年展等國際重要的展覽；作品被紐約現(xiàn)代美術(shù)館（MOMA）、西雅圖藝術(shù)博物館、舊金山現(xiàn)代美術(shù)館、蓬比杜國家藝術(shù)中心、路德維希美術(shù)館等42家國內(nèi)外重要公共機構(gòu)收藏。是被全世界重要藝術(shù)機構(gòu)收藏最多的中國當(dāng)代藝術(shù)家之一。迄今已出版?zhèn)€人畫冊及相關(guān)出版物45本。并被國內(nèi)24所大學(xué)聘為客座教授。
Fang Lijun, born in Handan city of Hebei province in 1963, graduated in Printmaking at the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1989. now works and lives in Beijing.
To date, Fang Lijun has held 51 solo exhibitions in major art museum in both East and the West. His participation includes the Venice Biennale , Sǎo Paulo Biennial. and his works are collected by The Museum of Modern Art (USA), Seattle Art Museum(USA), San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (USA), Centre de G. Pompidou (France), Ludwig Forum für Internationale Kunst (Germany). He is one of the Chinese contemporary artists with the largest collection by major art institutions in the world. So far, he has published 45 personal albums and related publications. For his outstanding influence in the realm of art, Fang lijun has been invited as a visiting professor and graduate supervisor in 24 universities
