秦錫麟，男，1942年生，江西南昌人，教授，博士生導(dǎo)師，1964年8月參加工作，1980年4月加入中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨，1986年、1987年、1996年共3次榮獲國(guó)家“有突出貢獻(xiàn)的中青年專(zhuān)家”稱(chēng)號(hào),1988年被輕工業(yè)部授予“中國(guó)工藝美術(shù)大師”稱(chēng)號(hào)，1990年榮獲“江西省勞動(dòng)模范”稱(chēng)號(hào)，1991年享受?chē)?guó)務(wù)院政府特殊津貼，1996年被評(píng)為“中國(guó)輕工總會(huì)先進(jìn)個(gè)人”，2004年榮獲“推進(jìn)中國(guó)現(xiàn)代陶藝教育與國(guó)際交流特殊貢獻(xiàn)獎(jiǎng)”，2005年被授予第一屆“江西省有突出貢獻(xiàn)人才”；2006年被授予“首屆江西十大杰出校長(zhǎng)”榮譽(yù)稱(chēng)號(hào)，2007年榮獲“中國(guó)陶瓷行業(yè)終身成就獎(jiǎng)”，連續(xù)當(dāng)選為第七屆、第八屆、第十屆全國(guó)人大代表，2006年1月至今任景德鎮(zhèn)陶瓷大學(xué)名譽(yù)院長(zhǎng)。
Qin Xilin, male, was born in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province in 1942. He is professor, doctoral supervisor and, since January 2006, Honorary President of Jingdezhen Ceramic University. He started to work in August 1964. In April 1980, he joined the Communist Party of China. He was awarded the title of “Outstanding contribution of the national middle-aged and young Experts” three times in 1986, 1987 and 1996, "Master of Chinese Arts and Crafts" by the Ministry of Light Industry in 1988, and "Model Worker of Jiangxi Province" in 1990. He began to enjoy “Special Government Allowance of the State Council” in 1991. He was named “Model of China Light Industry Federation” in 1996. In 2004, he was awarded the “Special Contribution Award for Promoting China’s Modern Pottery Education and International Exchange”. He was named the first “Jiangxi Province Outstanding Contribution Talent” in 2005, was awarded “The First Jiangxi Top Ten Outstanding University President” in 2006, and received the “Lifetime Achievement Award of the Chinese Ceramic Industry” in 2007. He was elected as a representative of the 7th, 8th and 10th National People's Congress.
